3. User Responsibilities

• – All the information and instructions provided by you are accurate
• – You will use our services in an ethical and legal manner and in compliance with the policies and guidelines of your educational institution
• – You are solely responsible for the use and application of the work done by us

4. Orders and Communication

• – All project requirements must be clearly provided before the project is initiated
• – Communication may take place through email, website, and/or WhatsApp
• – Any changes after confirmation may result in additional charges

5. Payments

• – Payments must be made as agreed before or during the process
• – Some services, especially publication assistance, require upfront payment
• – The project may be halted or slowed down if payment is incomplete

6. Revisions Policy

• – Revisions are based on the original instructions provided
• – Revision requests must be made within a reasonable time after project completion
• – Changes outside the original scope will be treated as a new order and may require additional payment

7. No Guarantee of Publication

• – We help with manuscript preparation and submission
• – We do not guarantee publication in any journal or conference
• – Journal editors and peer-reviewers make all publication decisions

8. Refund Policy

• – Payments made for services already rendered are generally non-refundable
• – No refunds will be provided if the work has been completed or a journal/conference submission has already been made
• – Refund requests may be considered if the work has not been started or we are unable to deliver the agreed service
• – Any approved refund will be reviewed based on the stage and nature of the service

9. Intellectual Property

• – You own all rights to your submitted work
• – We do not claim authorship or ownership
• – We do not reuse your work for ourselves

10. Confidentiality

• – We respect your privacy and keep your information confidential
  – We do not disclose your information except for service completion

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for academic outcomes, journal decisions, or misuse of work by the client.

12. Third-Party Services

• – Journal publishers are third parties
• – We have no control over their decisions or processes

13. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to decline or terminate service if:

• – The requested service is unethical or illegal
• – The client provides false information
• – Abuse or inappropriate behavior occurs

14. Changes to Terms
